Personal Work
I strive in my personal work to continue to push the boundaries of what I am capable of technically and creatively and to allow for as much of a feeling of ‘play’ as possible.
It’s important to me to stay connected to the reason I loved to draw as a kid - loving drawing is the root of all the work I do.
Bartkira:
A collaborative recreation of the complete Akira Manga replacing all characters
with Simpsons characters.
The project was created by Ryan Humphrey and organized in collaboration
with James Harvey.
I was thrilled to have been able to contribute 5 pages to Volume 1.
The original pages were exhibited at Floating World Comics in Portland, OR
and included in the Bartkira comic book that Floating World put out.
